Product Support Specialist

In its quest to provide uncompromising client support, ORANGE Digital Systems is seeking to add a Product Technical Support Specialist to its growing Help Desk.

We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to provide phone tech support and email responses to users. Assist users in the quick resolution of application problems, either directly by telephone or through escalation and follow-up with other departments. Excellent customer service is a MUST!

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to build and maintain strong client/user relations, work independently with minimum supervision, possess sound judgment, ability to prioritize workload, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be self motivated and team oriented. Time management, prioritization and the ability to identify when to escalate problems are required to ensure that user satisfaction objectives are met. Working knowledge of employee attendance, payroll, HR and job costing automation are required.

Additional qualifications sought:

  • Bilingual - oral and written (English/French)
  • Hands-on experience with application support
  • Proficient with MS-Office
