With the EMPulse Series HRMS self-service utility, employees can enter hours worked into electronic timesheets, and examine attendance and pay records. Supervisors, in turn, can review and approve employee time sheets and other requests before releasing them for payroll processing.

The Time Billing and Expense re-imbursement function sends billable hours directly to the company’s accounting system for client invoicing; similarly, employee expenses can be entered, tracked and sent either to the payroll or to the AP module of the accounting software.

With electronic document management, users can email reports generated by the entire suite, as well as send Records of Employment, year-end government tax slips and employee earning via the web and email, thus cutting down on material and staff required to process routine payroll functions.

The wide range of reports found across the suite of EMPulse Series HRMS modules will provide customers with a powerful tool for analyzing employee attendance, performance, labour costing and trends, thereby enhancing the ability of HR departments to make strategic decisions.
