Every product that we make reflects our understanding of what our clients and other companies in our customer segments want. Our support offerings are also heavily influenced by how satisfied our clients are with the level of service we give them. Accordingly, we place enormous value in the feedback that we receive from you about our products and services.
We offer several avenues for our clients to provide us with comments and suggestions, including customer satisfaction surveys, focus groups, beta trials and opportunities to provide input to product development.
We also recognize that feedback is a two-way conversation. Through e-mail bulletins, we keep clients informed about patches, upgrades, enhancements, product launches and other relevant news on a regular basis.
