Telephone Support

ORANGE Digital Systems’ experienced Telephone Support team is available during business hours to answer your questions quickly and effectively. Our product specialists are usually able to provide answers to client queries during the first call, which means that your issues can often be resolved in minutes.

When problems are too complex to be resolved on the spot, our technical experts will gather information, assess the severity of the issue, and clearly explain what needs to be done next. Critical issues are given the utmost priority and are immediately assigned to a dedicated expert who will stay in close contact with you until the problem is corrected.

In all cases, someone will always be available to speak with you during business hours, which are from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Monday to Friday. Special arrangements for emergency and pre-defined after hours support can also be made.

Under our unique support plans, clients can choose to have unlimited telephone support. All clients are offered this privilege post-installation, to help them get started.
