Product Training

We consider training to be an essential step in successfully implementing any workforce application. To realize the potential of your software investment, all of your users must be equipped with sufficient product training. Accordingly, every new installation is accompanied by a comprehensive instructor-led training course that fully prepares all members of your implementation team to realize the benefits of our products.

ORANGE Digital Systems also offers several continuing education options to our clients.

In all cases, someone will always be available to speak with you during business hours, which are from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Monday to Friday. Special arrangements for emergency and pre-defined after hours support can also be made.

Instructor-led courses
Customized classroom-based courses are available for clients who want to brush up their product skills and for new users who need an introduction to the system. We also offer courses that teach users how to leverage new functionality when product enhancements are made available.

To promote a strong learning environment, classroom sizes are generally limited. Courses can be arranged for your employees either at your location or at our offices. For more information about classroom-based training, please contact us.

Online “brown bag” sessions
Our “brown bag” sessions provide you with an easy way to learn about various product features or to pick up useful tips and tricks, all while having your lunch. Each session is conducted over the Internet during the lunch hour, so you never need to leave the office or miss an important meeting. Information about upcoming “brown bag” sessions is available on our client portal and in our regular e-mail bulletins.
